Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability).

How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
